How Do We Ship Our Products?

We work with the most dependable, fast, and secure courier companies in India, such as Delhivery, XpressBee, and Bluedart, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order(s) regardless of location. All our products are completely insured. You can track your order status on your account dashboard. We will also send you timely text and email updates regarding your order.

How Much Do We Charge For Shipping?

To ensure a satisfying order experience, we offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders.

  • Sea&Mast accepts all major national and international credit cards, debit cards, UPI IDs, and Internet banking transactions as valid forms of payment.
  • We also provide the convenience of easy 0% interest EMIs without needing a credit card through Simpl.
  • You can rest assured that we prioritise the safety and security of your payments by partnering with trusted and secure payment providers.

How Long Does It Take For an Order to be Delivered?

For all prepaid orders, we ship within 24 - 48 hours from order confirmation and aim to deliver them within 4 to 7 business days.

Please Note:

We do not ship on Sundays and nationally observed holidays. Orders placed on Saturday post 3 PM are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.

Additionally, certain situations, such as interstate and intrastate regulations, lockdowns, strikes, weather conditions, the pandemic, etc., are beyond our control.

In such cases, our TAT cannot be maintained. However, we will follow up with our third-party delivery partner and make sure that the product reaches you within ten working days.

Dispatch time may vary for different products and vendors and the serviceability of the courier partner in the particular pin code.

How Do You Know When an Order Is Shipped?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the estimated delivery time and detailed order information. Once your order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you. This email will include the tracking number for your order and a link to our courier company's website. By using the tracking number and the provided link, you can easily track the status of your shipment in real time.

What If You Are Not Available to Receive an Order?

Our third-party courier partner will contact you before delivery. If you are not available to accept the order on the first attempt, please suggest a preferred time and day of delivery.

Our delivery partner will make a second attempt to deliver your order at your chosen time.

If you cannot receive the order on the second attempt, the package shall be returned to our warehouse, and our customer care executive will contact you for further information.

We request that all customers be available to receive the package, particularly for COD orders.

What Should You Do If Your Package is Tampered or Open?

At Sea&Mast, we strive to ensure a perfect shopping experience for our customers. Before your order leaves our warehouse, it undergoes a thorough quality check. We work exclusively with reliable logistics partners who have a proven track record.

However, in the rare event that you receive an order with manufacturing defects or missing pieces, please get in touch with our grievance team immediately at care@seaandmast.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will take prompt action to rectify the error and resolve the issue.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • If the third-party delivery partner attempts to deliver a damaged, opened, soiled, or tampered package, we strongly advise you not to accept it. Instead, please take a picture of the package and report it to our grievance team at care@seaandmast.com as soon as possible.
  • Reporting Missing Items: To report missing or defective items, it is necessary to provide our team with a Package Opening Video. Failure to fulfil this requirement may result in rejection of the request.
  • Therefore, we highly recommend recording a Package Opening Video whenever we deliver an order to you. This will help ensure a smooth resolution process in case of discrepancies or issues with your order.

Do We Offer International Shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver our products outside India. However, you can access our website and place your orders for India from around the world.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Us

  • Please be aware that there may be instances where we are unable to process certain orders and must cancel them. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Some situations that may lead to order cancellation include limitations on available quantities for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or product quality defects.
  • We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting an order. If any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed to process your order, we will contact you.
  • In the event that your credit card has already been charged or the amount is deducted from your bank account and your order is subsequently cancelled, the charged amount will be refunded back to your original payment source.

Cancellations by You

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to care@seaandmast.com or make a cancellation request through your dashboard.
  • In accordance with our standard business practices, if we receive a cancellation request before the order has been processed or approved, we will cancel the order and provide you with a credit note.
  • A cancellation request must be made before the order is dispatched to be valid and accepted.
  • Please note that some orders are shipped immediately, and it may not be possible to cancel them once they have been shipped.
