We sincerely hope that our products always meet your expectations and that you won't need to refer to our Return and Replacement Policy. However, in the unlikely event that you do require a return or exchange, we want to provide you with the necessary information about our policy.

• Orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchange and replacement are only applicable for size discrepancies, wrong products, and defective items. If the desired size is not available, a refund will be processed to your original payment source.
• If you wish to exchange for a different product, please reach out to our customer support team, and they will assist you with the process.
• Returns/refunds are accepted for product quality issues, wrong product delivery, missing items, and unavailability of the required size.
• For complaints regarding missing or damaged products, it is necessary to provide a product Opening Video.
• Returns or replacements will only be accepted if the product is unused and the tags remain intact. Our team may request additional information or images to evaluate your return request.
• To avoid the need for returns or exchanges, we recommend referring to our size chart on each product page to ensure the correct fit.
• We offer a Reverse Pickup option for most pincodes in India.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse, and the refund amount will be credited directly to your original payment source within 7 – 10 working day For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided in the form of a COUPON CODE with a validity of 6 months.
• Products purchased using the aforementioned COUPON CODE generated for COD customers are eligible for size exchanges only. No refund or return will be allowed.
• Orders that include FREE products or are part of clearance sales are not eligible for refund or exchange. In case of discounts applied during the order, the discount value will also be adjusted in the refund.
